libcigicl1 software package provides runtime library for the CIGI class library (CCL), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcigicl1
libcigicl1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcigicl1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcigicl1 *
You will get with libcigicl1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
